I had just had a holy light session with Steph Mahony (Holy Light is a healing modality that clears out past trauma, past life traumas and ancestral traumas ) and from that session I was able to channel my past lives.
The intention is when your past life steps forward, it is to help you heal in an area they are stuck in, which as a result, you are stuck too. When you can help the past, it can then heal the future. This is the power you have to rise above the circle of karma and moving towards the fullness of your destiny.
Mary Jane is one of my past lives from the 1800's. I love Mary Jane. She's spunky, smart and ready to take on the world. Here is a excerpt from her journal
"There comes a time in a girl’s life where you have to say a big fat NO!!!, Jimmy Parker came up to me today, all blubbering, asking me if it was ok to walk me home. What I cried. Are you serious!! Not me I said. I can walk by myself thank you and I walked away. Poor boy, honestly, what was he thinking!! I can look after myself. I don't need anyone to walk with me. Secretly, I liked this boy, but I was too proud to show how I feel about him. He was the popular one at school, into sports and such. Why, would he like me, a tomboy and bookworm at the same time. Really!!. But again, I did truly liked him, but my ego said otherwise. A shame really, as we would of got along well together."
